SWE Leadership Coaching December 15, 2015 Houston, Texas TRPP Associates is working with the Society of Women in Engineering (SWE) to provide leadership coaching for collegiate members of the organization. Students at selected schools work one-on-one with a professional career and leadership coach. They develop plans for leadership development, enhance interview skills, and explore strategies to successfully transition into the workforce. This program has been made possible through generous funds from The Alcoa Foundation.
